Academic Calendar 2023/24
The school week in the UAE runs from Monday to Friday. Our school timings are as follows:

Our school transport provider is Arab Falcon Bus Rental LLC, a highly experienced and established bus transportation company. All vehicles Arab Falcon uses follow the strictest Road & Transport Authority (RTA) safety standards and guidelines.
All bus drivers are highly experienced and authorised and trained by the RTA. A bus helper/’nanny’ will travel with each vehicle. All buses feature CCTV cameras and a tracking system for our student’s safety and attendance.
While every effort will be made to accommodate all requests, whether the student is allocated a seat rests with the service provider, Arab Falcon.
This is dependent on (1) seat availability on existing buses, (2) the student residency, and established bus routes.
Transport Application
- To register, please complete the Bus Service Application Form and sign the Transport Policy. Once completed, send all documents via email to farah@arabfalcondubai.ae
- Last date to register for returning and new students is X August 2024. Any application received after the X of August will be processed after the X of September 2024, and seats will be allotted according to availability.
SCHOOL BUS FEE:
- Please follow the link to download Bus Fees for the Academic year 2024/2025
- Students will be allowed to use the bus service only if their term fee has been cleared before the start of the term.
