UIS facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources designed to support an advanced international curriculum and nurture every student’s academic and creative talents.
Seven fully-equipped laboratories for practical learning and supporting our Primary and Middle Years Inquiry-Based Science programmes.
The Primary and Secondary schools’ libraries provide a focus for inquiry and research within the school. Both levels of the library floors have Wi-Fi and study rooms. The Early Years programme has its own separate library within the kindergarten facility serving Pre-K, KG1 and 2.
Wireless connectivity across the campus and ICT-integrated classrooms to support digital learning. iPads and other technology complement the Early Years Programme, with additional integration in Primary and Secondary classes.
A full-size, hardwood-spring floor gymnasium and an indoor 25-meter, eight-lane swimming pool support PHE activities for the Primary and Secondary programmes. The Early Years programme has a separate gym and pool facility. To provide a full platform for the Primary and Secondary programmes, Uptown International School has two regulation-size football pitches, indoor basketball courts, outdoor tennis courts, track and field facilities for the long jump and javelin, a 120-meter running track, and multi-purpose sports activity spaces.
On-campus catering provides hot and cold healthy, nutritious lunches for Uptown International School students and various seating areas (indoors and outdoors) to enjoy their meals during break times. Please note that we are a nut-free school.
