Student Leadership
Student leadership is at the forefront of our vision and many of our activities are student led. We believe that leadership is not merely a title, but a set of discreet skills that all students should look to develop in preparation for their chosen career path.
We strive to:
- Provide opportunities for well-balanced, holistic learning through a leadership-based educational approach.
- Nurture students’ leadership capability so they can be recognised as community leaders.
- Develop a culture of active citizenship to provide high-calibre leaders for the future.
- Broaden the school’s global perspective and enable students to be independent, resilient world citizens.
Current Formal Leadership Positions
We have several formal Student Leadership positions across both the Primary and Secondary schools, for which students undergo a rigorous interview and selection process. These groups of students are then tasked with working together to bring about positive change within the school and the wider community.
